    At a low vcore like 1,35 its impossible, plus the temperatures (even on H20) are too cool, if the CPU was running @ 7ghz they'd probably hit 80c in 30-40 seconds.

    Not claiming to hit high numbers, but I have seen my Windows CPU speed go crazy before. Once on my E6750, it said something like 5.2GHz when I was at 3.6GHz. I think I was using setFSB.
