Note that ssd's will not lose the data by some unknown miracle and are quick.
2TB's are known to be unstable if it isn't something like the western digital caviar black.
4Gb's of RAM is used by the majority for dual channel, 6Gb for tripple. No more.
Can't you rather get the 5850, the 460 isn't that great.
650w Corsair is the psu to aim for.
Why two screens?
Aren't there motherboards that can replace that pci-e card thing, I have no idea what it is. Also, do you really need that pci-e soundcard?
Go with aircooling.
Maybe go intel?
