2x Molex 4-pin connectors for CrossFire on R3E advice...?
Hello people,
Aight, consulting the manual on the Rampage III Extreme it says that for those using multiple graphics cards the two Molex 4-pin power connectors should be utilized, anyone have any experience with this? Cable lengths back to my PSU are making this a pain so i'm working on extensions but more insight would be appreciated...

I think they're probably wired in parallel, so plugging into either one would do the trick.
I doubt you need to if you aren't OCing the GPUs through the roof.
That said, it certainly isn't going to hurt performance to plug in to one of them. I'd plug one in."Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe." -- Einstein (maybe)

You could take a multimeter to it and check the resistance between the 12v pins on the two connectors. Other then that, i don't think there is a way to know for sure.
