ya im sorry... thats very VERY far into the grey area almost on the verge of black.
There is NO reason why one would need a program to activate windows 7 or office 2010.... as both the programs do it by default.

It basically helps in giving you many times to reactivate the OS. Make an OEM key behave like a retail key, etc.
