Been a while since I've bought a video card... $200 budget, rig is in sig (the AMD X2 6000+ one). Got a new OCZ Fatality 750W PSU so that should take care of power requirements. CPU will be upgraded to a Phenom II Quad

Main games of concern: Cities XL 2011 and BC2

I'm looking at either GTX 460, GTX 465, HD5830, or HD6850

I would say get either a 6850 or a GTX 460 1gb. Look over this article especially if you will be overclocking http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/foru...d-6850-vs-gtx-460-1gb-overclocking-study.html. The 6850 uses less power and the drivers haven't matured so I would go with that because there is a lot more room for improvement but either two of those cards are great. The 6850 does scale better in crossfire so take that into consideration.

GTX460 1GB or 6850 you don't want anything 58xx unless you get a smokin' deal on it
