Which drive for storage.

I'm looking at 500Gb - 1TB external hard drives. I seen a WD 1TB drive for the price of a 500Gb but not really sure about the quality. I linked some drives that I thought that might be good, what you think? Budget - $75

Caviar black is the way to go. They're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for

Not really the answers I was looking for, but looking at drive 4 1TB think I should grab that one or is there a better drive?

I'd pick the 1TB WD, not the other drives. The WD external series use green drives, so they shut off the motor when at idle.

+1 to wd green drive.. eco friendly and haven't had any bad press in a long time..
