Best Firefox addon for grabbing flash video/music?

Instead of trying out all the Youtube downloaders I got when searching in Get Add-ons, I thought I'd ask if there's an 'obvious choice' here.

Preferably lightweight and minimalistic. I'd mainly like to be able to grab 1080p video and mp3s. So, Easy Youtube video downloader? Video DownloadHelper? Something else?

So no obvious choice then?

I've used video downloadhelper in the past and i like it. If you are not using it, just disable the plugin so it doesn't hog the memory.

You can do it manually from Firebug's Net panel.

If you can't figure out which request it is immediately, hit play and watch the net panel for one that keeps increasing in size.
