Odd youtube issue in W764?

For some reason stuff that's smooth on THIS system, is not on my i7 in the sig.

Some stuff is smooth, some isn't I imagine it's the format. For example, L1Games channel, super choppy. Sxephil channel, super smooth. Big Buck Bunny 1080p super smooth..

Ideas?

My old videos that I encoded on my 6550 are even choppy for me while the ones I encoded on my i7 are smooth. Same format lol.
