For those of you interested, the Enzotech MST-88 is a very snug fit, too snug infact for my liking as the sides of the heatsink had to be squeezed into place on either side. My solution was to turn a belt sander upside down and; holding the heatsink firmly in my hand (i would have used a milling machine but the shape and softness of the copper made it hard to mount) sanded a little off each side. It now fits into place without touching anything but the mosfets.

Yes, I've had some experience working with that soft copper they use for heatsinks - you've got to be careful with it or it's ruined.
