Hi ! i've just built my own CPU , then completed building and connected everything to my monitor. All the CPU was working , LED turned on , fans working. But my monitor did not display anything.
note: when i turn on my CPU , i did not hear any "beep" sound when start a computer.
anyone help me please. I do not know what wrong really are. please...thanks

I think i see your problem, where is the graphics card?

motheroard has onboard VGA.:rolleyes:

I'd check the monitor, make sure it is plugged in and powered on. Check it on a different PC.

If the monitor is OK, try clearing CMOS as it may be set to not use onboard video.
 
make sure you plugged in the system speaker (its a separate plug on most pcs now) should be a small black or silver circle with 2 wires hanging off it..

if thats hooked up and you're not getting any beeps, remove all your ram so its just CPU/HDD plugged in.. you should certainly hear some kind of beep for missing ram.. just to rule out a dead mobo
