Which video card?

Hi, I'm new to this forum.

I was wondering what's best video card for my gaming needs. I will be playing at 1920x1080 resolution only, and I want to play at max settings without any hiccups. My processor is an X4 965 and Power Supply is the Corsair TX650.

I don't want to do an SLI/Crossfire setup, just want 1 good video card that will max out games at 1920x1080 resolution.

do you have this two cards the gtx 460 1 gb and the gtx 560 , but the gtx 560 is better and more expensive

The GTX 560 looks good, and I did have an $300 budget. Will it bottleneck with my processor?

if you get 560 you should overclock cpu to at least 3.5Ghz to prevent bottleneck

Phenom II 965 will bottleneck GTX560 at 3.5ghz? so 560 is more powerful than 470?

How well does nvidia handle blu-ray 1080p movies? My onboard ati 4250 looks amazing displaying it on my 46" lcd tv. Yeah this is my HTPC so I play with a 360 Controller on the computer.
