Well I got my new i7 950 a couple of weeks ago and have been playing around with overclocking it. I just got it to 4.2Ghz(200x21) at 1.36V.. How high can you go safely voltagewise on a cpu without a global meltdown? I believe my memory is holding me back some too, but I'll deal with that later..

Temps will be your limiting factor.
The H50 is good to around 4.0-4.2 with a push pull setup.
You will want to run prime95 or the like for a few hours or more not only to check stability but also temps. I personally try to keep my i7's under 70c.
