Modified drivers?

Anyone still run modified drivers or are the ones that nVidia gives out the ones to use nowadays? I need some drivers for an old 7800GS

And what do you guys use for overclocking? Still RivaTuner? Been a long while since I was into hardware.

I use MSI Afterburner most people use that in my experience even over at the EVGA forums (evga having its own oc program)
