A good 650W PSU will be more than enough to power a 2600K and a 6870... If you look in my signature; you'll see I run a setup with a 955BE (125W TDP) and a HD6950 which is about 300W TDP at full load... Those two components along with the fans, HDDs, etc run off of a Corsair VX450 and I have no issues at all. I'm sure that if I were to overclock the CPU and GPU the PSU would run into its limits, but since I run them at stock for the time being I'm OK.
