BSOD Video Scheduler Has Enountered an Unexpecte

Hello everyone,

I have this problem with my PC that's just killing me. BSOD. Everytime my computer crashes and it says "Video Scheduler has encountered an unexpected fatal error" It used to this once but now as soon as I am opening my computer and 5 minutes passes it crashes. Right now I am typing this in safe mode.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
ATI RADEON HD 5700
4 GB RAMS
