Ended up buying a DD I/O Plate. The original one was pretty thin and bent up.

Well I marked for the holes I will be cutting out for wire management. Just need a tool to cut the holes lol.

Not sure my dremel with a 561 bit will cut through 3/4" pine...

Do a test run on some scrap. Watch the speed as you can end up burning the wood rather than getting a good cut with it.

Well the dremel worked pretty well cutting out the holes. Just gotta be careful the bit likes to skip around when your starting out and takes big chunks out quick...



Got a coat of poly on it. Ill do one more coat before painting it.

Well I got the top painted. No pics yet.
I also got the hard drive mounts done. Super quick.
