X1800gto running really hot

Sounds like the heatsink is doing it's job from what you have said. But that is WAYYY to hot!

Is the card at stock speed? Any Voltage mods etc? (if thats even possible on that card)

Everything is stock speed, I just took the card out and while it was out I tookapart the heatsink casing and removed some extra dust that had collected in the air vent leading from the fan to the copper fins. It turned on at 52° has raised to 64°. Here's the photos of it:

Thank you, it's been a while since I used it and forgot how sensitive the needles are..... thermal paste explosion. But it cleaned up alright.

Seems to be capping at idle 67-69°

On a positive note, my CPU has dropped down to 38° since the GPU temp dropped.
