How much watts for this ?

MainBoard: ASUS Maximus IV Extreme Socket 1155 motherboard
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-2600K 3.4GHz Processor
Cooler: Thermaltake Frio OCK
RAM: 8GB Dual Channel 1866 Mhz GSKILL 1.5v
GPU: nVidia GTX 480
HDD:
1- WD 500GB BLUE 16MB Cache
2- WD 500GB BLUE 16MB Cache
SSD: 120GB Agility3
Case: NZXT Phantom or NZXT Hades (undecided yet, but both have about 4 fans between 120 and 200 mm)

I do a lot of computing (system isn't idle most of the time) and i am planning also to overclock this up to 5ghz

So, How much watts for this system is needed ?

I think the GTX480 and GTX580 take up about the same amount of power, so I'd say a 650W should be fine.

I currently have a 700w Cougar HEC 80+ bronze, would that be enough ?

Which one?

The S700 seems to be a good unit, while the CMX 700 doesn't really impress.
