evga gtx 460 fan shroud removal HELP!!

Ok I cant seem to figure out why my fan shroud will not come off and i cant find anything thing on this vast world wide web..... getting very annoyed cause this shouldnt be so hard please someone help I need to put my vga water blocks on these things .

I'm assuming you took out the screws on the backside..
It looks like there might be around 11?
Sometimes you need to wiggle the shroud around to break the tim seal to the gpu.

its actually just 4 screws i have 2 of them one came apart very easily. this one though no matter what i do it wont budge.. not sure what I should do here....
