First post/suggestions for my build
Hey what's up guys. New to the forums I'm sure there are a million of these posts but hope some of you will take the time to check out my build, give suggestions comments etc.
Anyway, I've had some experience building computers, recently helped my friend put together a pretty sick rig so I know the basics. Have a build here with my limit being around $800 for a very solid build. Getting ready for the old republic... my xps 410 isn't cutting it for new games anymore even with a nice gtx card.
Okay so here's the build feel free to comment:

CPU/MOBO not compatible.
That mobo is quite terrible btw, in my opinion. I don't like Intel boards, especially lower end.
Get a 2500K cpu and a 140-200 dollar motherboard. Socket 1155 Z68 chipset.
Also, for the same price as that 460 you can get a 6870. It's faster.
If you want to go AMD get an FX8120 and a 990FX motherboard. Depending on the brand you may need a pre AM3+ CPU to flash the bios for the 8120.
You can go to a cheaper PSU also. Corsair CX600 is fine for that setup. With the $ saved going to a 2500K (go to microcenter) and a CX600 you could get a 6950 video card which is faster than the 6870.#Pink Team! Theocnoob/Gabby1019/Manu2b/BobbyBubbleHead join us!

Okay so here's the changes I've made. Look about right? I did a little more research and I think you're right about the low-end intel boards. they seem problematic

Don't get the LE. Get the P8Z68V or the VPro out of that particular line up.
Microcenter is much cheaper. Pay the same $, get better stuff.
Lose the GTX460 and get a 6870. 159 (Same $ I think) and its faster
Save $. All you need.
Essentially what we do in this section unless people are seeking otherwise is try to squeeze as much performance out of a budget as possible without recommending garbage.

I'd go with something like this. For gaming, you want to squeeze the best possible GPU in there.
You should be able to hit 4.0-4.2 with the stock cooler.
