Is the Celeron G540 powerful enough?

Hi guys, I am building my dad a mini-itx machine. All he does is browse the web, watch video online, watch dvd, and some document viewing. Would the Celeron G540 on an H67 board with 4 GB of 1333 MHz ram be good enough for this? Not too familiar with entry level CPU's here... :p Thanks!
 
Should be. I do that on a netbook with an Atom N450 and 2GB ram. The celeron - being faster and a true dual core - should be fine.
 
Alright thanks guys! Just wanted to make sure it wouldn't lag (even on desktop with nothing open) like his old Pentium single core... It was one of the first gen on the LGA775 socket xD
 
It's probably 6-8 times more powerful than a p4 3ghz.
Huge difference.
