Confuse in after Overclocking

So I've OC my q8400 at 3.2ghz (max I think, with my 800mhz of ram only) and been running P95 blend for 4hrs and large FFT for 3hrs. Reaching 61c under load and 31c at idle. Is my OCed can be use for 24/7? I haven't run prime for 24hrs and also with Memtest. If youve ran p95 for 4 hours it should be pretty stable. Your voltages and temps all look good, so it should be fine for 24/7 use
