I have a renewed interest in a set of pelters that came with the Dell system I have (will post pics in a bit).
The are assembled into a chiller assembly with rivets. So, disassembly pretty much means a lot of work to get it back together.
How would I find out the size of the pelters in the unit? There are two.
One thought is I power it and measure how many AMPs it draws at full 12V load (assuming that they are 12V). That would give me Amps X Volts = Watts used. For example:
3.3 Amps * 12V = 40 Watts
Do you think that is accurate?
