mITX motherboard with 2 pci-e x16x slots?
Anyone aware of a mITX or very small motherboard with 2 pci-e 16x slots?

I don't think one exists. The format only allows for a single slot, so if a board did have multiple expansion slots it wouldn't be compatible with any mITX cases.
The form factor has provision for one expansion slot.ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 | 2500K @ 4.6GHz | 2x4GB Samsung DDR3 | GTX 750 Ti 2GB

You can always look into Micro ATX boards, they have room for up to four slots.i7 4770K | ASRock Z87M OC Formula | 2x8GB Crucial Ballistix DDR3-1600 8-8-8-24 1.35v | EVGA GTX780 SC ACX | ASUS Xonar Essence STX | 256GB OCZ Vertex 4 | SeaSonic SS-1000XP
