Just posted the pictures for all the parts I ordered and updated the status. I resized the pictures to 1600x1200 so the details are clear. I also made sure the item is in focus and close to the lens. That should hopefully clear up questions regarding a part.

I'm ordering a few more parts. Some of them I'm not sure on and neither is Mouser. Thanks to Bobnova, we know now what the 6pin PCIe connector is, but he couldn't locate the 8pin version. I would really appreciate any information on this.

6pin PCI-e UNCONFIRMED:

Performance-PCs lists their connectors as "KK" series, which is Molex. I've been scouring Molex's website and I can not find anything in their entire product lineup that even looks like the FCI connector. The FCI looks identical to what I have in front of me, but the pins look different.

The lack of an 8p part number, or even just the +2p bit's part number, is still annoying me.
I may have to try to bake it out of PerformancePCs or something.

Yeah. As mentioned previously, I've spent hours on the web trying to find that thing. No one knows.

6p was easy to find. Molex won't respond to my inquiry about an 8p. I probably need to find the name of an individual rep though.

Looking at the PDF specifications, the keying does not match a PCIe connector.

That is not the pattern either.

With the latch on the top and the pin facing you, PCIe is:
Code:
\_/ \_/ [_] \_/
[_] \_/ \_/ \_/

All the pics of the PCIe connector on the web show what I linked to.
Edit: I just looked at a pic of a 8 pin GPU and it doesn't match your pic.

I have no idea how the heck I missed that, I apologize. That does match.

I'm a bit confused by their numbers. 045587-0002 is "second generation", but 045587-0003 is "first generation". I can't find third generation.

I can't find any of those part numbers on Mouser/Digikey, either.
