What's a good External Enclosure for RAID1?

I'm not looking for anything special, just simple. I'm fine with a 2x 3.5" SATA, but I'm going to definitely want it to be RAID1 friendly, software RAID is fine though. No need for performance. I want it be ethernet though, not USB or eSATA. I also don't want to spend a ton, like Drobo is like $300 without HDs, too much.
