This is insane, and looks amazing! That takes a lot of skill

One interesting thing about your block is that it has the water channels milled in the delrin rather than the copper. Having channels in the copper would be more efficient by giving more surface area to the heat conductor.

I would totally rock that in my 24/7 system :D

I present to you the completed front side GPU block:

There is and will never be as awesome of a waterblock as that. It is literally not possible.

That is true but given the age and total heat output of those GPUs I cant imagine really needing more surface since that block is already massive. On thing I would probably do though is soda blast the inside of that copper piece since polished copper doesnt transfer heat to water as well without turbulence.

Besides machining the composite is alot less costly than machining copper is.

I wouldn't say its impossible but certainly going to be hard to top!

Thats the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I always wanted a 3dfx voodoo but could never afford one back in the day.... Actually the rig I have now is the best I've ever owned.....

Thank you :)
What is the rig you have?

Im utterly amazed at all the excellent work, and the fact that the board boots with such an old card through 2 adapters....!

Also like the 3dfx mouse pad!

^^^ Yeah.... Any they were easy to come by back in the day too. I'm still trying to track down a replacement OCZ Behomoth mouse..... Easily the most comfortable gaming mouse I've ever had. Discontinued now though :(
