$530 after shipping. $25 in rebates (don't hold your breath). I'd just get 2x2GB. I don't use my 8GB - I have 4GB of it running a RAMdisk right now, rather than being used for anything running. On a budget, it isn't worth it if you can't fit it in. Save $20 and meet your budget, if he'll budge on it.

With the RAM Horrer suggested and the CX430, it comes down to $505 ($514 with shipping) - barely within budget, with the OS.

And Horrer, it isn't $160, it's $100. $50 in rebates for your parts, $450 total.

Yeah, looks to be the way to go. I'd take a low end Corsair PSU over a low end Antec any day..... Go higher up the Antec range and they're decent though.

Just wanted to let you know, if you shop around a bit, like on Amazon, I was able to find a cheaper price on the CPU and the GPU that I was looking to get. I found the 2500K for $204 vs the $219 on Newegg and I found the Sapphire 6950 for $230 vs. $250 that it was listed on Newegg. Just a bit of a tip for you.

I looked at my parts and i saw no difference. Plus amazon doesnt have combos... Or at least not the discount Newegg has...
