Windows Server 2012 RC is out... thoughts?

I actually really like 2012.. it's a happy medium between Windows 8 and Windows 7/Server 2008. I haven't used too much of it. I was having compatibility issues with SQL Server (some servers are on Server 2003/SQL Server 03 and some are on Server 2008 R2 with SQL Server 05) This didn't play nicely with Server 2012/SQL Server 2012 out of the box. I'm sure I could have gotten it to work, but just ended up going back to 2008 R2/SQL Server 2005 for the time being until we can upgrade our Server 2003 machines.
