Where does everyone host their websites?

IDEALLY : Free, ftp access, no pop-ups (can live with banners, but would rather not) 10+ MB storage. Shorter addresses.

Me and my friend host ours from netfirms. See www.netfirms.com and our address is www.cyphersshack.com but is still hosted from them.

ive found the best specs are www.topcities.com 150mb free, and it lets you post pics at the forums

Try www.20m.com or www.150m.com
They are very good, short addresses too, but 20m.com has no FTP.

I mainly use Tripod... 50 MB of storage for your page. Also, you could try www.50megs.com however they have cut off their FTP access...

Of course, for some strange reason, I can access my site with FTP through some compuers

Netfirms.com is good. Right now I am using Angelcities and 0catch. Both of those have like 50 megs.

Nope. That whole site, minus my page was made by a 16 year old girl. She is a Flash wizard for her age and experience.

My page I did myself, and the hosting I do with my Windows 2000 Advanced Server machine. My game clan has the webpage, a game server, Email server (Exchange 2000 Corporate), chat server, and were neck deep in creating our own forum for our private use also.
