Does the CPU temperature really matter? or the Core temps?

The reading you got from Speedfan is wrong. Recommend Coretemp or Hwmonitor. Run those and report back.

This is the new readings from the CPU temp. Its kinda same.

The core temp is what you want to watch. Man the CPU socket diode on that motherboard must be freaking jacked up to be reading 180C+ temps. Anyway your intel CPU is safe past 80C and it looks like your topping out at around 50C.
