The core temp is what you want to watch. Man the CPU socket diode on that motherboard must be freaking jacked up to be reading 180C+ temps. Anyway your intel CPU is safe past 80C and it looks like your topping out at around 50C.

It probably doesn't exist and/or is being read incorrectly.
 
+1 to BobN and Conundrum. Forget about it. Use a proper program like Realtemp or Coretemp and forget about speedfan.
