Help with Cable

I was wondering, when building my computer what should I put in the case if I am going to have cable? What kind of modem or card do I need?

a D-Link or Linksys will work just fine (10/100 card). If you only have one machine...you could get away with a 10mbps card. hop online and pick up D-Link's 530TX+. Great card for $20-$25.

forget going online, go to best buy, or circuit city or something like that, and get a 10/100 mb/s lan card, d-link, linksys, netgear, does really matter.....dont spend over $25 for one though
