Need Help installing noctual D14

Can anyone help me with installing my Cooler.. im having a major issue.. i just cant get it to screw on properly..

MOBO : Z77x UD5H (gigabyte)

Can anyone reffer me to a vid with a person installing it or create one them self

Please note : it has to be With the same MOBO i have.

Gotta be at least one vid on it.

Whats the problem?

Memory slots? You strip a screw? Is the Mobo out of the case?

Nope no problem at all with the Ram or case just that the parts of the Mobo are in the way of it.. and i cant get to screw it on...

Case : CM Half XM
Ram : C vengence

Okay, lots of pics please. Parts of the mobo? Or the ram? You turn it 90 degrees?

Fixed it, was an error on my part i put the Bracket for behind the motherboard the wrong Way

This cooler cuts the stockfan Deg in half idle temp was 43 now its 12-20 Deg wow im amazed...
