heelp with amd radeon hd 7670m

i just bought Toshiba satellite s855-s5268 , and iam facing a problem while playing games , the game freezes for like 10 secs and then it resumes and while the freezing i get a pop up "display driver amd driver stopped working and has successfully recovered" , this is really annoying
my display video card : amd radeon hd 7670 m
so someone plz help meh :S

Is it used or new?
Update the amd catalyst(video drivers) http://www.amd.com/us/products/notebook/graphics/7000m/7500m-7600m/Pages/radeon-7500m-7600m.aspx

Check the temps in the control center..

Update CCC, that problem is when CCC and GPU do not speak well to each other.
On CCC have you set up to use Dedicated GPU or Internal CPU GPU?
