HIS 7850 and 12.8's Pixel Format Resetting

I set my pixel format to RGB 4:4:4 Pixel format PC standard (FULL RGB) and 5 seconds later my LG 32 HDTV then goes black and it resets back to YCbCR 4:4:4 Pixel format. I cant use that format because there is a small gray sort of thing from the format but the one I choose works fine and colors and pictures look perfect.

Never mind reverted back to 12.3's as they where worked and couldnt find a solution as to why it would the 12.8's would revert back to YCbCR 4:4:4 Pixel format
