HD 7970 Performance?

I was thinking of getting a "Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 3GB Video Card"

Would that card run Battlefield 3, Skyrim, Far Cry 3, Borderlands 2 at 60 - 80 fps with high - ultra settings? In Multiplayer, not recording with fraps etc

Im also getting an i5-3570k which i plan on overclocking to 4.2Ghz or something with 8 gig of low profile ram to fit under the cpu cooler.

If that video card cant do that, what card(s) would you recommend?

Hi Jsrich from NZ Land i will post you some stats to look at, but that card plus your CPU will be at top rate Combo that will handle anything at the moment Bro! AJ.

Is it a good card overall? Reliability? Problems? How are the drivers?

As for the card most members say its great also i think the drivers are fine some say the latest gives a boost to the overall performance.

I would go with the 7970 if its a lot cheaper then a 680

What price difference is it for a reg 7970 & 680 where you live ?

I am very happy with mine.

I flashed the standard one with the BIOS from the GHZ one and it worked.

thumbs up here. I am liking my 7970...we had a rocky start w/ some minor issues that were fixed w/ drivers. Now its just smooth sailing.
