optimized clients

Can someone point me in the right direction as to where I can get the optimized seti client. The lunatics download page states "Installers have been temporarily removed pending resolution of some concerns related to the licensing (20 Sept. 2012)."

Will the 32bit windows client run on Server 2008 R2 64 bit? If so how could I get a copy? My processors are Intel Xeon X5570s (supports sse 4.2).
