Welcome to the forums oenigmaa, first of all i would say download these programs which you will need to monitor and test your set up!

4, http://prime95.en.softonic.com/

Take your time read what these programs do and how they work on your system! The first 3 monitor and the last one tests your set up for stability. After you have done that then you can look at this basic guide to overclock your CPU. A word of advice take your time write down what you change so if you encounter a BSOD you can change it back.
