Clear cmos using the clear cmos jumper on the motherboard.

What type of power supply are you using on this computer?

As a note, never bump a 1 hour old thread, it just pisses off people.
I'm using an Antec Truepower 750W supply, and 1 hour? It's 1 week but I thought it would make more sense bumping this than making a new thread and having to repeat almost everything from this thread.

Look at your post on Jan 13th, you had a post at 1:05pm and a bump at 2:13pm.

Now, try clearing cmos via the clear cmos jumper on the motherboard.

I've figured the problem, it wasn't the CMOS, I have an external harddrive Western Digital 2TB and it was unknown in the BIOS, so I unplugged it and it worked a dream, strange.
