Looks good, surprised more people don't do it.

Been running this without the gpu, dual screening with a film running in HQ mode on one and web browsing on the other for the last hour. There is no lid on currently, but also no fan whatsoever. 53C at the moment. Quite tempted to put the cpu fans on the chassis fan plug and only have them come on at 55C. Only gripe is the PSU fan still, its the loudest thing on the computer. Might have to space the case and get a noctua in there, would be utterly silent then.

Managed to squeeze 6 USB ports on the front where the buttons go, had to buy some extenders, should be here later in the week.

The Teac PC has been silenced.

I replaced the blacknotverysilent 80mm fan I put in the PSU with a noctua. The blacksilent had a nasty clicking sound at low rpm, noctua doesn't. Did have to put some stand offs round the psu case and space the case out a tad, but it fits.

Then turned the PC on to find the stack of hard drives make the next loudest batch of noise. So I restarted and unplugged them. Setup the cpu fan on the chassis header, now only comes on at 50c, the PC is now utterly silent.

Just got to work out how to get the drives to turn off when not in use.

Got a slight wonk on the case that needs sorting. Haven't worked out how to mount the drive yet either.

Also found these old adverts of horrendous 90s Teac women, they offend most in my house, so I framed them and put them on the wall.

The original power button works as normal. Bought another PCIE riser, see if I can get the GPU in there.
