So I got it to boot at 5GHz with 1.45V (and a lot of other tweaks) but it isnt Prime stable at all.... I don't think I want to push the vcore too much further.

You have PLL Overvoltage turned on? Somewhere between 4.8GHz and 5.2GHz it starts helping a lot.

The acutal over voltage settings is set to auto but i have manually set PLL to 1.800V

If that option is enabled then I need to put the PLL voltage back to auto correct?

Totally different PLLs. From what I've read the "PLL Overvoltage" actually does something entirely different and entirely secret.
Try setting it to enabled, without changing anything else, and see what you get.

Interesting... ill give it a shot tomrrow night. As for right now, 4.9GHz seems to be stable.
