    So I'm getting the clock_watchdog_timeout BSOD in Windows 8. From what I've Googled thus far I think it's because my voltage is too low (3930k at 4.5 GHz with 1.340v), but I just wondered if anybody else had solutions that worked for them.

    Try raising the voltage... I havent heard of that one...
