Hey guys,

I have 6GB of RAM 1333MHz RAM installed, and this is in an alienware...
Well, not all of it is being used. In my task manager performance tab, no more than 4GB is ever used even when I am video editing or playing a heavy game. I noticed this a while ago, and it is still happening. My game will even stop responding once I hit that mark.

A 64-bit operating system can't magically make a 32-bit application address more RAM. Very few applications are 64-bit, and I don't know of any games that are.

If you right click My Computer > Properties (or control panel > system), how much RAM does it say it's there and what is usable?

You can use something like HeavyLoad to test RAM load. Use the "allocate memory" option. I just tried it now for kicks.
