Marathon: May Event is Aquamark!
The benching team invites you to participate. Come over to the Overclocktagon section and compete.
You can learn some tips and tweaks, plus see how your scores compare.
No pressure, just overclocking, tweaking and fun!

This month the Marathon Benching Competition will be continuing with 3D. Aquamark is the benchmark. Please refer to the MBC rules here for any clarification on what is and isn't allowed.
What: Aquamark
Who: any forum member
GPU: any GPU, SLI and CFX allowed
CPU: any CPU, no speed cap
Cooling: any cooling type
When: Ends May 31st 11:59 PST
Prize:Never Settle Bundle (Bioshock infinite, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and Crysis 3) code courtesy of xsuperbgx
Background theme is water or "aqua". Pick your favorite boating, fishing or seaside, etc. photo or meme. (anything with water)

Note: There is a wrapper for running aquamark for hwbot. Please make sure to follow all hwbot rules for this benchmark. A hwbot link of your submitted results is not required, but would be appreciated.

Please post a summary of your results like this "Division(AMD or Intel)|Name|GPU|Cooling|Time" along with the other required information... ie... Screen Shot with correct background. Divisions will be AMD cpu or Intel CPU

i think 7970's and 680's should be pretty close to the 580's on this one, aren't they?

So what should I be running this bench on xp or win7? What's the secret formula?

WR is held by a 580, but the others do get close. :thup:

P.s. remember that I also have a 7970. :sn:

Edit: my bad, 7970 holds the WR. Not sure what I was reading. :screwy:

CPU's the name of the game here, GPU doesn't matter too much as long as its decently fast.

Secret formula is N2.

You should be able to get over 100,000 on an integrated video. It would probably be a challenge to get only 15,000.

I will put up a score this weekend, I think. Although it would break my long streak of procrastination....
