Where can I find Windows XP themes?

The normal blue theme is ugly. The Silver theme is hurts the eyes after awhile, and the olive theme is starting to get old.

When i installed XP, I just made it look just like my old 98SE GUI, but I'd like something a little more flavorful.

I mean actual themes. I dont want another program sucking up my resources. =P

they have acutal theams there. You only need the program if you want to run it on other version of windows.

I changed my mind... I want to create my OWN theme! Are there any non-memory-resident-start-with-your-computer programs that let you make your own theme?
