Help Me setup my machine properly please!!

Not 100% sure what to do anymore. Just picked up a new machine with a i7 3770 with a GTX660. It appears when I installed Bionic on this machine I have 8 CPU processes running and one NVIDIA GPU process. Just trying to figure out what to do now to get the max out of my system.

I would wait for the new optimization that is being released on Monday, install and tweak it then. For now just let it go on autopilot.
