Any Ruby on Rails vets here?

I'm in the process of learning Ruby on Rails and developing small web app at work and have hit a wall with one small problem. I've checked around different sites with no help and wanted to check here just in case maybe someone can help out

If anyone has experience with Ruby on Rails specifically working with MVC and forms updates let me know and I will post the problem.
