Managed Switches

I need a cheap managed switch.

I have researched 3Com and I can get one for 1500$ or so.

I need to be able to meter how much bandwidth each port is using on the T1 line. If one port is usiong too much I will need to be able to limit thier bandwidth...

Any suggestions?

i will probably need alike 7 of these things.

How many ports do you need? That is a big factor in price. I use the HP Procurve switches where I work and they are great. I highly recommend them.
