I decided to take out the SSD bracket and mount it underneath the optical drive bay. I used a 3.5-2.5in adapter here...

...But then I noticed 2.5in mounting holes to the left? I missed this on the initial build.

Keen eyes may also have noticed some more RAM. I upped it up to 8GB since I had the full set, and they were sitting around not doing anything since I didn't need them to test my other motherboard anymore.

Side note: I also upgraded my skin in XBMC from reFocus Big to Aeon MQ5. This is a very impressive skin.

So! I was actually looking for a desktop (not HTPC) with front usb 3.0 ports that was rectangular and horizontal, but not an ugly square. I found this ML04B case and then found this thread. THEN! I saw your old SST-LC10B-E-USB3.0 pic. Sold. It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Now I can save a ton of counter space on my desktop and sit the monitor right on top of it. That case seems to also avoid most space restrictions other HTPC cases have as well. Finding a case like this was WAY more difficult than I imagined btw, or I just didn't know where to look.

The LC10B? LOL. Some of the desktop style consumer cases are marketed as HTPC cases, but I'm glad you found the case you were looking for. That case is pretty strong so you should be able to fit a monitor on top with no problem.

Hello, Could anyone tell me if A pci express riser like this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002M1DHJG/ref=ox_sc_a...
Would allow me to install my 750 ti card(currently to tall to fit inside the case) inside this silverstone htpc
case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
( I currently have a semi modular corsair 430 watt psu and a g3258 cpu inside, I wanted to use this primaraily as a emulation box(dolphin pcsx2) But the cpu alone cant cut it on my 1080p tv. Ive had the gpu for a while and was hoping this would be a valid option
