Single Picture as Desktop Background for one Monitor and Slide Show for another?

Is there third-party software out there that can set up a Single Picture as Desktop Background for one Monitor and Slide Show Desktop Background for another monitor, under Windows 8?

As I understand it, you can have either Single or Slide Show but maybe there is software out there that can do one and the other on a dual-monitor config?
